Update on Clybourn Corridor Planned Manufacturing District Modernization / Rezoning Process
The City of Chicago has unveiled its plans to “modernize” the Clybourn Corridor Planned Manufacturing District, which includes the former Finkl Steel site. The new zoning designations will allow for new mixed use development on much of the north end of the PMD, which sits directly west of MidNorth Association’s borders, and through which thousands of people travel each day.
