Deli Boutique on Clark Street requested upzoning to B-3 for its building in order to accommodate an amended liquor license. MidNorth approved the request, with the caveat that the special use of the liquor license require that at least 50% of the storage space and 50% of the display space be dedicated to food sales and not liquor sales.
