At the February 2017 MidNorth meeting, the architect for the property at 2125 N. Cleveland submitted preliminary drawings. He is not yet requesting approval, but wanted input from MidNorth on the design. The board indicated its concerns about the narrow space between the proposed structure and the property to the south; the height of the building, and the nature of the garage access in the rear of the structure. It indicated its support for the choice of brick. No vote was taken on the property.
