DNA Info Lincoln Park reports that rumors are circulating about a Target going into the space at the former Mrs. Green’s at the Webster Square development. MidNorth Association opposed retail zoning of the site several years ago when the new owners of the hospital site sought zoning changes to allow high rise residential and retail zoning. MidNorth ultimately was overruled, and the zoning changes were approved by City Council. Currently, a community agreement exists which regulates truck traffic and deliveries at the site, among other details.
